Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost your immune system, so ensure that you are doing at least a daily session.
Below is my suggestion which will help dissipate any fear you may have within your body and will strengthen and protect your energy fields.

No excuses that you don’t have time – this meditation takes just over 3 minutes.
Concentrate on your breathing. Take some nice deep breaths in and out, calming your body and mind.
As you inhale, breathe in love. As you exhale, breathe out any disease, dysfunction or fear – see it being released from your body as grey puffs of smoke – immediately transmuted by the Universe into the energy of love.
When there is no more grey smoke being released, imagine white light coming into your heart – cleansing and healing. Allow the pure energy of this white light to spread throughout your body – to the tips of your toes and fingers and to the top of your head – and then outwards to fully encompass your aura.
Imagine blue light coming into your heart. Allow the protective energy of this blue light to spread throughout your body – to the tips of your toes and fingers and to the top of your head – and then outwards to fully encompass your aura and the layer of white light.
Imagine violet light coming into your heart. Allow violet light to transmute all fear of the coronavirus both internally within your body and externally for the fear it is creating on Earth. Allow violet light to spread throughout your body – to the tips of your toes and fingers and to the top of your head – and then outwards to fully encompass your aura and the layers of white and blue light.
See yourself surrounded by this layer of white, blue and violet light, knowing that it protects you from any invading microbes and viruses.
Visualise yourself as whole and perfect.
Affirm that your immune system is strong and functioning to its optimum level.
Affirm that all blocks in your physical and subtle bodies are clear and that your energy is flowing in harmony and balance.
Gradually return your attention to your breathing and when you are ready, open your eyes.
