In the last 10 years I have focused on improving my health and well-being. I have resolved many limiting health issues and have a very different outlook on life. My journey lead me to study the modalities that helped me and I first qualified as a nutritional therapist in 2011. Since then I have learnt how to clear trapped energies in the body in a variety of ways and enjoy passing on the benefits and my knowledge to others. I find that SuperConnection is a great way to get quick and lasting benefit whilst also providing great insights, empowering us and helping us to understand ourselves better.
